Due to the Y-S Spring Fling conflicting with tomorrow's meeting, we will reschedule for next Tuesday, March 14th.

Everyone Can Take Square Credit Card Payments

Since taking a cc is less risky than a check I set up locations in Square. We encourage you to do this over taking a check;the cc processing is free. You do not need a swipe, keying in the cc #s is fine.

Use the code you were sent to sign in and out of the app to activate the location on your device. Do this within 2 days to activate device link. If I did not send you a link of your code expires before you e logged in the first time let me know and I'll send a code.

These codes are unique per device. So, if someone else needs to take payments or you have a second device, let me know I can send another unique code.

Menu>Settings>Sign Out.

Log In using Device Code (option appears below username/password fields)

When your taking payment for individual sales use device code to log in.

I pasted my code list in a note on my phone so I can copy and paste

This will tag deposits with a location code so we can tell whom to credit easily.

2017 Spring White River Service Unit Campout

Just a heads up...WE NEED A RSVP BY APRIL 3.

White River SU Spring Campout

The troop will cover the $10 registration fee for this event.

All registered girls are welcome to come with our troop and anyone who has participated in our troop over the last year is registered through October 2017 and will also be covered for the registration fee.

Many troops plan to split fees like this w/families to create buy in on the part of the families. We do not feel this is necessary and the troop has the funds. However, if the scout misses the event please be prepared to reimburse the troop the lost fee amount.

Brownie Awards Summary/Badge Tracker/Additional Try-it Badges

These additional Brownie Try-it Phamplets are part of the Skill Builder Activity Sets that coordinate with the different Journies and are not found in the Handbook. There are many fun and interesting topics. Many lend themselves to being done individually. Pick a few and when you've completed the requirements share what you've learned at a meeting to receive your badge. If you'd like a full color print out, let me know and I'll have it ready for you at the next meeting.
